The Bridge Clinic was the first operationally focused IVF clinic.

The Bridge Clinic was the first to achieve birth by Surgical Sperm Collection (SSC) and Intra cytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) in Nigeria. The birth was featured in The Guardian on Sunday, August 20, 2000.

The Bridge Clinic was also the first to achieve a birth by Surrogacy and this was featured in The Guardian Editorial of Monday, September 1, 2003.
