QMS and Continuous Improvement Print


The standards have assisted the bridge clinic to drive the continuous improvement of its Quality Management System. Measures taken include:
  • Setting up of the organisational policies and procedures which govern the operation of its processes with a high level of compliance.
  • A periodic continuous improvement meeting is in place to review the performance and suggest possible measures to improving the processes.
  • An audit system is also in place which is a proactive approach to detecting potential non-conformities and putting preventive measures in place to avert the occurrences.
  • Annual general review of all the organisational processes and procedures.
  • A feedback mechanism is also in place (i.e. opinion meter, customer complaint book, complaint management on DYNAMED application). These feedbacks are periodically reviewed and improvement tips are incorporated into the service realization process to improve customer satisfaction.
